Here's how it works:

FedEx: If you've already paid for the shipment that was refunded, FedEx will either send you a check for the refund amount or, if you paid by credit card, they will issue a credit back to your card. If you haven't paid for the shipment yet, you should under-pay the invoice by the amount of the refund.

UPS: Refunds from UPS are issued as credit to your next invoice. Our email notification will include the invoice number where each refund was credited.
