Position Overview

We are seelomg a Motion Graphics Designer to bring data, insights, and AI-driven capabilities to life through compelling visual storytelling.

The Motion Graphics Designer will play a vital role in creating dynamic animations, visualizations, and engaging content to communicate NexusAI’s capabilities to clients, investors, and internal teams. You will transform complex ideas—like real-time analytics, predictive modeling, and digital twin simulations—into clear, visually impactful motion graphics that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike.

 

This is an opportunity to define the visual identity of NexusAI’s motion content, delivering impactful videos, animations, and product visuals that showcase innovation and drive excitement across industries. At the heart of this platform lies a robust and scalable data infrastructure, ensuring seamless storage, management, and processing of diverse data streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motion Graphics Design

    • Create dynamic motion graphics and animations to visualize NexusAI’s complex AI-driven features, including:

      • Real-time data analytics dashboards

      • Predictive insights and anomaly detection

      • Digital Twin simulations and AI decision-making workflows

    • Design animations for product demos, explainer videos, marketing materials, social media campaigns, and internal presentations.

    • Develop animated UI/UX prototypes to illustrate user workflows and data interactions in NexusAI.

  • Storyboarding & Visual Storytelling

    • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and design teams to conceptualize motion content that aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.

    • Translate technical concepts into engaging visual narratives, ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences.

    • Develop storyboards and visual scripts to outline motion design projects before production.

  • Data-Driven Visualizations

    • Design and animate data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and infographics, to communicate real-time insights and analytics.

    • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure accuracy and visual impact in presenting AI/ML-driven outputs.

  • Brand Development & Consistency

    • Define and maintain motion graphics standards that align with NexusAI’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.

    • Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate animations into NexusAI’s platform, presentations, and marketing collateral.

  • Video Production Support

    • Create animated elements for product videos, training content, and investor presentations.

    • Enhance live-action videos with motion graphics, transitions, and animated overlays to deliver a polished, professional look.

  • Collaboration & Innovation

    • Partner with cross-functional teams—including UI/UX designers, marketing, and product managers—to ensure alignment of creative vision with business goals.

    • Research emerging motion design trends and tools to continually enhance the quality of NexStratus’ motion assets.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics design or animation for digital platforms, enterprise tools, or marketing content.

  • Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.

  • Demonstrated experience creating:

    • Animated explainer videos for complex technical or business concepts

    • Data visualizations with motion graphics

    • UI/UX motion prototypes

  • Ability to storyboard, conceptualize, and execute motion content with clear visual storytelling principles.

  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including timing, composition, and typography for animation.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and creative stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time with attention to detail.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working with technical products such as AI/ML platforms, data visualization tools, or enterprise software.

  • Familiarity with 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) to create advanced visualizations.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS animations or collaboration with frontend developers for web-based motion integration.

  • Experience producing motion graphics for SaaS platforms, product demos, or data-centric tools.

  • A passion for translating complex data-driven solutions into clear, compelling visuals.
