Solutions Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement technical solutions that power the integration, scalability, and performance of the NexusAI platform. This role will drive system architecture decisions, align technical strategies with business objectives, and ensure the successful deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions in supply chain logistics, healthcare, and other industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture:

    • Design end-to-end technical architectures for the NexusAI platform, ensuring seamless integration with TMS, WMS, ERP systems, and other enterprise technologies.

    • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions to support real-time analytics, AI/ML models, and Digital Twin simulations.

    • Define cloud-based infrastructure strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP) to optimize deployment, data pipelines, and platform resiliency.

  • Integration & Implementation:

    • Lead the integration of data pipelines, APIs, and third-party systems to unify structured and unstructured data sources.

    • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to deliver seamless solutions for predictive analytics, workflow automation, and decision support.

    • Ensure the platform’s extensibility to accommodate industry-specific requirements, such as supply chain logistics (TMS, WMS) and healthcare data frameworks (FHIR, HL7).

  • Performance & Scalability:

    • Design solutions to scale efficiently across multiple clients and industries, managing large data sets and ensuring platform responsiveness.

    • Implement best practices for system performance, including load balancing, optimization, and redundancy to handle growing demands.

  • Technical Leadership:

    • Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert to internal teams, providing guidance on architecture, tools, and best practices.

    • Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the platform's capabilities.

    • Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, actionable solutions.

  • Scaled Agile & Engineering Practices:

    • Lead and advocate for Scaled Agile practices, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies to drive timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

    • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery within Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

    • Champion engineering practices such as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), automated testing, and code reviews to improve development workflows.

  • Security & Compliance:

    • Ensure the architecture adheres to industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA for healthcare and data protection frameworks.

    • Implement robust data security and governance protocols to protect client information.

  • AI & Machine Learning (AI/ML) Integration:

    • Lead the integration of AI & ML models into business systems, ensuring that solutions are effective and scalable.

    • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) models to enhance product capabilities and deliver value.

    • Develop AI-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience, automate tasks, and drive business insights.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align on architecture and technical strategies.

    • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or related technical fields.

  • 7+ years of experience designing and deploying production-ready ML models, including NLP applications.

  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML/NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK).

  • Experience in DevOps, building end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment, using CI/CD tools and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Strong understanding of Explainable AI (XAI) techniques and tools (e.g., SHAP, LIME, attention visualization).

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and how they apply to modern software solutions.

  • Hands-on experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and microservices architecture.

  • Ability to develop real-time processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

  • A strong advocate for engineering best practices: clean code, continuous testing, automated deployments, and cloud-native development.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience developing question-answering systems, chatbots, or conversational AI tools using NLP.

  • Experience in building Digital Twin technologies and simulation-based platforms.

  • Familiarity with data engineering, big data technologies, and data pipelines.

  • Knowledge of supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, ERP) or healthcare data frameworks (FHIR, HL7).

  • Proven ability to implement bias detection, fairness assessment, and ethical AI practices.

  • Strong understanding of real-time anomaly detection and optimization frameworks.
