• User Research & Experience Design

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and end-users to understand workflows, pain points, and use cases.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights that inform design decisions.

  • Create detailed user personas, journey maps, and wireframes that address business goals and user needs.

• Interface Design & Prototyping

  • Design modern, responsive, and interactive user interfaces for the NexusAI platform, ensuring usability across desktop and mobile devices.

  • Develop high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems that align with the NexusAI brand.

  • Focus on visualizing real-time data, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights through engaging dashboards and intuitive workflows.

• Data Visualization

  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, and heatmaps) that make complex information easily understandable and actionable.

  • Ensure AI-driven outputs, predictive models, and Digital Twin simulations are presented clearly, enabling users to make informed decisions.

• Collaboration & Design Implementation

  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and perform as intended.

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring functionality and aesthetics are balanced with performance and responsiveness.

  • Participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback, and maintain design consistency across the platform.

• Design Systems & Standards

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable components, icons, typography, and color schemes.

  • Ensure designs follow accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and modern UI/UX best practices.
