Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM)

Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic leader who can drive both product vision and execution excellence as we scale. The Senior Technical Product Manager will play a key role in two crucial areas: defining the strategic direction of our NexusAI product while simultaneously optimizing and driving our development processes. This hybrid role combines product management and technical program management responsibilities, requiring both visionary thinking and exceptional execution skills..As a hybrid product and program leader, you'll drive both strategic vision and tactical execution, employing hypothesis-driven experimentation to rapidly validate AI solutions before full-scale development. You'll balance innovation with stability while fostering cross-functional collaboration across data science, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Management

    • Develop and own the NexusAI product roadmap, aligning with company strategy and market needs in SCL and healthcare verticals

    • Gather and analyze customer requirements from supply chain and hospital stakeholders, translating them into clear product specifications

    • Lead hypothesis-driven experimentation to validate AI features before full development, using best practices techniques for testing and rapid prototyping

    • Define clear success metrics for AI features across business KPIs, user metrics, and model performance indicators

    • Collaborate with engineering to define features and functionality that deliver maximum value

    • Make data-driven prioritization decisions based on business impact, technical feasibility, and resource constraints

    • Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales

    • Establish and track key performance metrics for the NexusAI product

    • Incorporate ethical AI considerations and compliance requirements into product planning

    • Leverage both qualitative user research and quantitative data to inform product decisions
       

  • Technical Program Management

    • Drive the development process, ensuring efficient execution and on-time delivery

    • Create and maintain detailed project plans, including dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation

    • Implement structured experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature flags) to validate AI feature impact

    • Establish data feedback loops for continuous model improvement post-launch

    • Balance innovation speed with stability and reliability in AI deployments

    • Lead cross-functional team meetings, removing blockers and facilitating decision-making

    • Implement and continuously improve development processes, methodologies, and best practices

    • Track and report on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership

    • Manage release cycles, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle

    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between data scientists, engineers, and domain experts
       

  • Leadership & Communication

    • Bridge technical and business perspectives, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences

    • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value propositions for stakeholders

    • Foster a culture of experimentation where failures are viewed as valuable learning opportunities

    • Build strong relationships with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales teams

    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments

    • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process

    • Present product plans and progress to executive leadership and external stakeholders

    • Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams by speaking both languages fluently
       

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience building AI solutions in similar industry verticals

  • Experience building and scaling AI products from early stages

  • Strong product sense with ability to identify which AI use cases will deliver meaningful user value

  • Experience with hypothesis-driven product development and rapid experimentation

  • Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including model evaluation, training requirements, and limitations

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

  • Background in establishing product management and development processes

  • Understanding of MLOps and AI deployment challenges

  • Experience with data-driven decision making and defining success metrics for AI features

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including data scientists and ML engineers

  • MBA or technical advanced degree

Preferred:

  • Experience building solutions for supply chain logistics or healthcare operations

  • Understanding of hospital workflow optimization or supply chain management challenges

  • Prior experience in a dual product/program management role

  • Experience implementing A/B testing frameworks and feature flag systems

  • Track record of successful AI product launches with measurable business outcomes
