Position Overview
We are seeking an EVP, Head of Client Solutions, to serve as the Chief Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients, with a focus on transportation and logistics. You will lead business awareness efforts around technology solutions, manage competitive and partnership analysis, and head all new client alignment activities.
In addition, you will oversee ongoing client servicing, ensuring exceptional experiences and driving measurable value for clients throughout their journey with NexStratus. You will work closely with clients post-implementation to support their evolving needs, optimize their use of NexusAI℠, and maintain strong, trusted relationships.
As the business grows, this role will expand to include building and leading a team to scale Client Solutions operations. You will design and implement scalable processes, mentor new team members, and ensure NexStratus’s client success operations evolve alongside the company’s growth trajectory.
This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry expertise, a collaborative approach, and a passion for helping clients unlock value through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership and Expertise

Act as the Chief SME for clients in transportation and logistics, providing deep industry knowledge and guidance.

Serve as the primary liaison for strategic client discussions, ensuring alignment between client needs and NexStratus solutions.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

New Client Alignment and Onboarding

Lead all new client intake and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and effective start to client engagements.

Partner with sales, account management, and consulting teams to align client goals with company capabilities.

Oversee the development of tailored solutions to meet unique client requirements.

Ongoing Client Servicing

Lead ongoing client servicing efforts, ensuring clients receive proactive support, timely solutions, and measurable value from NexStratus products and services.

Monitor client health and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and mitigating risks to client retention.

Develop strategies to increase client engagement, optimize usage of NexusAI℠, and maximize ROI for clients.

Act as the escalation point for resolving complex client issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Technology Collaboration and Implementation

Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the successful implementation of consulting deliverables and NexusAI installations.

Provide strategic input to technology teams on product enhancements based on client feedback and industry trends.

Ensure seamless handoffs between business and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.

Sales Support and Market Positioning

Support account executives by providing subject matter expertise during client introductions and solution presentations.

Assist in developing and refining positioning strategies to highlight NexStratus's unique value propositions in the market.

Build trust with prospective clients through strategic discussions and expert insights that align with their business challenges.

Business Awareness and Market Analysis

Lead business awareness efforts, monitoring and analyzing industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities.

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance the value of NexStratus solutions for clients.

Conduct competitive analysis to position NexStratus as a leader in the industry.

Scaling and Team Leadership

Design and implement scalable processes to support the growth of Client Solutions operations.

Build and lead a high-performing team as the business scales, mentoring team members to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Adapt and evolve the Client Solutions function to meet the needs of a growing client base and product suite.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Technology, and Consulting, to align strategies and drive results.

Act as a thought leader within NexStratus, contributing to the company’s overall vision and strategy.

Qualifications
Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries.

Expertise: Strong understanding of technology solutions, particularly in AI, logistics optimization, and supply chain management.

Proven experience in client engagement, onboarding, and ongoing client servicing for enterprise solutions.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to scale operations and build high-performing teams in a growing organization.

Experience providing sales support and collaborating with account executives to position solutions in competitive markets.
